Shipping Policy

Sterling Row carefully prepares each order and ships to the address provided at checkout. This policy explains our current processing and delivery practices for U.S. customers.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Processing may take longer during launches, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume.

U.S. delivery

Complimentary U.S. delivery is available on orders of $75 or more.
For orders under $75, available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout.
Standard delivery is generally estimated at 3–7 business days after processing.

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and events outside our control may affect delivery times.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the package is accepted by the carrier.

Address changes

If you need to change your shipping address, email us immediately at service@abzbhjcx.asia. We can only request an address change before the order has been processed, and we cannot guarantee that a change will be possible after checkout.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s service and tracking procedures. If your package appears delayed, please contact the carrier first and then reach out to us if you need help. If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Split shipments

Some orders may ship in more than one package. If this happens, you may receive separate tracking emails and packages at no additional shipping charge.

International orders

If international delivery is offered for a destination at checkout, the available service, rate, and estimated delivery window will be shown before payment. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
