Refund Policy

At Sterling Row, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return eligibility

Your return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
Items must include the original packaging, tags, protective materials, and any included documentation.
You must provide your order number or other proof of purchase.

Items that cannot be returned

Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items.
Items marked final sale at the time of purchase.
Items that have been worn, altered, damaged, washed, or returned without required packaging.
Items that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons, where applicable.

How to start a return

Email service@abzbhjcx.asia with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions. Please do not send an item back without receiving return instructions from us.

Return shipping

Unless an item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can assist you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you with the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or required by applicable law.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability. Contact us before sending your item so we can confirm whether an exchange can be arranged.

Delivery issues

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, an unclaimed shipment, or a failed delivery attempt, contact us as soon as possible. Additional shipping charges may apply, and a refund is not guaranteed.
